ARRIVING BY TRAIN

Travelling to Moondance Festival 2018 is extremely easy by train and will allow you to avoid any traffic problems on the road as the two local stations (Hainault underground and Romford British Rail) are very easily accessible from Central London.

Whether you are travelling from outside or inside the London area, you will be able to find a train connection that will get you to the festival. To help you plan your day and to give you a rough idea of how long it might take to arrive in the local area from the main British Rail stations in London, here are some approximate travel times:

Euston to Hainault Station – 50 minutes
Kings Cross to Hainault Station – 40 minutes
Liverpool Station to Hainault Station – 30 minutes
London Bridge to Hainault Station – 45 minutes
Paddington to Hainault Station – 55 minutes
Stratford to Hainault Station – 20 minutes

GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL SITE

Once you arrive at either Hainault or Romford there are a variety of options available that will get you to the Hainault Forest Country Park festival site:

  • Jump aboard the local 247 bus which is only a short ride away from the festival site.
  • Walking distance from Grange Hill station is around 20-25 minutes with the Festival being 1.3 Miles away
  • Walking distance from Hainault to the festival site is 1.6 miles which is a 30 minute walk. To walk from Romford takes 1 hour 15 minutes, which a distance of 4.5 miles.
