We want to ensure you have as much information as possible when booking with us for the Moondance Festive 2018

We have added the most frequent asked questions below along with the answers to ensure you have everything to hand.

We do suggest that you purchase in advance so that you get the early bird discount and to secure your lockers / chargers but if available you can purchase on the day but the price will be a little higher.

We will release the set times 48 Hours before the event, please ensure you are following us on social media to stay up to date with the latest info!

To try to ensure the best customer experience we will be putting 2 help points in place, 1 inside and 1 outside the festival, if you have any problems, issues or complaints these will only be resolved if you report them there and then on site as most can be done so that you can continue to enjoy your day – we want to make sure they are resolved straight away so our policy will be to only deal with a complaint if it is reported during the event.

We have two official after party events going on so please ensure you check which one you want to go to before purchasing your tickets. No dress code but strictly NO ID NO ENTRY!

Full searches & Metal detectors will be a condition of entry

Strictly no Glass can be brought into the event, perfume can only be brought in a plastic container or bottle and must be sprayed on yourself on entry, no aerosoles are allowed.

There will be a selection of perfumes and deodorants available at the merchandise stand

No food or drink can be brought into the festival, initially we did say a small sealed bottle of water will be ok, however with the heightened security all these bottles will need to be checked and it can delay entry times, free tap water will be available at the main bar.

Yes there will be cash machines available on site

There is no re admission, if you leave the event you will not be allowed back in.

This is an over 18s event, we recommend everyone brings ID, no refunds can be given for refusal of entry due to no ID if the security feel you look young

There will be lots of choices of hot and cold food available throughout the event
